If your credits were deducted but the video didn’t get created, here’s what you can do:

1. Refresh your dashboard — sometimes the video still gets processed and appears late

2. If not visible, go to the failed video and click Retry — you won’t be charged again

3. If retry isn’t available or it fails again, email us on support@behooked.co with:

   • The script or project name

   • Timestamp of when you tried to generate

Our team will investigate and manually restore credits if eligible.

✅ No credits are charged twice for the same failed output. If something goes wrong, we’ve got your back.
