Troubleshooting
What to do if a video fails to generate
Troubleshoot your way out
Sometimes your video might not generate as expected. Don’t worry — it’s usually a small fix.
Here’s what to check:
🔍 Common reasons your video didn’t generate:
Avatar not selected
You must select an avatar before generating. If skipped, the video won’t start processing.
Editing style not selected
You must click “Continue with this style” after choosing your editing style — or the generation won’t proceed.
Insufficient credits
Each video costs credits. If you don’t have enough, it’ll throw an “Insufficient credits” error.
Prompt issues
Sometimes very long or unclear prompts can confuse the AI. Try simplifying it or breaking it into parts.
✅ How to fix it:
Double-check if both avatar and editing style were selected
Make sure your credit balance is enough (usually 50–60 credits per video)
Try rewriting your script or prompt
Refresh the page and try again
If you uploaded custom media, make sure it's in a supported format and size
⚠️ Midway Failure?
Sometimes the generation may fail during processing.
If that happens, you’ll see a failure message with a “Retry” button.
Just click Retry, and we’ll reprocess your video without charging extra credits.
